Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delays
LocoDough is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Perishable Products
Our products are baked fresh and packaged carefully for shipment. Because food products are perishable, we cannot guarantee product condition if packages are left outside for extended periods after delivery.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and products so we can review and resolve the issue.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LocoDough is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance.
